Who is gospel coaching for and how do I know if I am a good fit to receive coaching?
Everyone needs a gospel coach, especially as a woman in leadership or ministry. These women often find themselves overextended and overwhelmed with large spheres of influence but with very little care, support, resources, or encouragement. With over 20 years of ministry experience in a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church, I am comfortable coaching across cultural lines from small churches to large churches.

How often do coaching sessions take place and how long is a coaching contract?

Coaching sessions are held online twice a month, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours via Zoom. Contracts typically range from 6 to 18 months. Because sessions are conducted virtually, I am able to coach clients anywhere in the world.

How is coaching different from counseling?
Coaching differs from counseling since coaching is focusing on the present, helping an individual set goals focused on their relational, personal, missional, and spiritual life while moving them forward.
